Product Development Manager

Charlotte is responsible for insurance product development across the Ripe Group, including Insure4Sport. Having worked with the Ripe brands for more than 14 years, she understands the research and collaboration involved in developing cover for customers with specialised requirements.

Her role includes identifying opportunities through customer feedback, developing policy documentation and coordinating input from underwriting, marketing and technology teams. Charlotte oversees products throughout their lifecycle, using performance data and customer experience to inform further development. She has led 17 product launches across the Ripe portfolio.
