Types of referee insurance
If you choose to take out referee insurance through Insure4Sport, you have three options available to you.
Referee insurance: Specialist cover for sports officials – including football referee insurance. It includes Personal Accident, Third-Party Liability and Equipment cover.
Referee team insurance: This cover option is designed to help financially protect teams of referees, including the main match official and any assistant referees. It provides the same level of cover for each referee as an individual policy.
Referee instructor insurance: This policy type includes all the options available with a referee insurance policy, but provides tailored cover for officials who train other referees. It also includes Professional Indemnity and Employers’ Liability cover.
