Types of basketball insurance
If you choose to get a basketball insurance policy through Insure4Sport, there are three options available:
Basketball insurance: Players and participants' policies can provide specialist cover for amateur basketball players, whether you’re just starting out on the court or you’ve been playing basketball for years. It can include Personal Accident, Third-Party Liability and Basketball equipment cover.
Basketball team insurance: Specialist cover to financially protect basketball teams. Each player on the team can get the same level of cover as with an individual basketball insurance policy.
Basketball coach insurance: This kind of policy can include all the options available with an individual basketball insurance policy, but with the addition of Public Liability with Professional Indemnity and Employers’ Liability cover.
What can basketball insurance cover?
With basketball insurance in place, you have a layer of financial protection when on the basketball court. This could be during an amateur match or training session.
