Sports Liability:

Public Liability
insure4sport Public Liability Insurance provides cover for claims made against you in respect of your legal liability to pay for personal injury and/or damage to premises you lease or rent for sports coaching or instruction. There are three cover options to select from: £1,000,000, £2,000,000 and £5,000,000 limit of indemnity.

Public Liability Cover includes provision for the following:

• Damages or awards made to a third party
• Legal fees and expenses incurred in your defence
• Third party medical costs where the NHS is entitled to a claim
• Goods sold or supplied (but not manufactured) including refreshments

Public Liability Insurance is included with all insure4sport coaching and instruction policies in order to protect you from potentially costly claims arising from third party personal injury or property loss or damage.

Professional Indemnity
Because we are only human it pays to protect yourself for claims made against you arising from your legal liability for errors or mistakes in the professional advice or services you provide. Professional Indemnity Insurance will do just that. insure4sport policies automatically come with provision for professional indemnity insurance to ensure that claims made against you, arising from a negligent error or mistakes in the advice or services you provide to a customer are covered. Because of the nature of professional indemnity insurance it is recommended that there are no lapses in cover as it is essential that PI cover is in place at the time any error or mistake happens and at the time of any claim made against you by a customer or client (often there is a gap).

insure4sport policies provide up to £1,000,000 limit of Indemnity for any one period of cover for Professional Indemnity Insurance each year and is automatically provided with Public Liability cover.

Sports Accident
Sports Accident Insurance (sometimes referred to as Personal Accident Insurance) ensures that should an accident occur whilst carrying out the activities for which you are insured that results in you being unable to continue to fulfill your role as a coach or trainer your policy would entitle you to compensation.

insure4sport provides a benefit for Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement up to £ 25,000 and a contribution towards Medical Expenses and Physiotherapy up to £500, and Loss of Income up to £250 per week.

Sports Equipment
This cover ensures that essential sports equipment used in the course of your coaching or training is protected against loss, damage and theft. You can enjoy the added peace of mind that should your equipment be lost, damaged or stolen between leaving and returning to your premises, you will be able to continue your coaching without additional cost.

insure4sport offers cover up to a maximum sum insured of £1,000 per coach/instructor or premises subject to a maximum single article limit of £250.
